10-11 Love Portions with Lady Delilah Meinhardt
For as long as there have been humans, there are been those who wish to unlock the secrets of love and attraction. Love potions and spells have long been used in attempts to force fate. Learn about the history and some common ingredients in medieval love potions, the science behind those ingredients, and how to make a 13th Century Andalusian concoction meant to "increase desire beautifully."

Explore concepts of LGBTQ in these communities and how they relate to modern life.

Soft instruments to warm us up. Come and play or bring hand work and listen.
12:30-1:15 Lunch
1:15-1:30 -Welcome to our visiting dignitaries and all gentles here gathered
1:30-2:30 More music jamming.
This time we’ll bring out the brass and buzzies and do some loud music.
1:30- 2:15 Letter Locking with THL Anna Elisabetta de Valladolid
Letter locking is an ancient practice of folding and securing letters using intricate folds, tucks, slits, and sometimes wax. This was done to ensure letters were only being read by the intended recipient. Learn 3 types of letter locks- basic, spiral, and triangle- to make sure your proclamations of love are only seen by your Valentine!
2:30-3:30 Dancing in the North Country
Easy dances to while away the hours. Most dances will be taught so join right in.
3:30-4:30 Asgar will continue his class with some interacting role playing
4:30 -6 Time for more games.

Directions:
find your best route to I-87 (Adirondack Northway) Exit 21 for Lake Luzerne/Lake George. Take 9N south towards Lake Luzerne and travel about 5 miles. Turn right onto Mill Street just after the High School, and follow the road downhill and turns left. Signs will be up for the 2 entrances to the church. The front entrance is on Bridge Street, the 1st right with the church on the left. The second entrance is from the parking lot, behind the church. Continue past Bridge street. Parking lot entrance is on the right, just after the Frontier building.
