The event opens at 9:30 am for the populace and closes at 6:30 pm. Please contact the event steward for event or site questions, or the East Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences with questions regarding the competition and display.
9:30 AM: Site Opens for General Populace
10:00 AM: Artisan/judge meeting
10:30 AM: Morning Court
11:00 AM-12:00 PM: First judging block
12:00-12:30 PM: Lunch break for competitors and judges
12:30-1:30: Second judging block
1:45-2:45: Third judging block
3:00 PM: Finalist announcement
3:15-4:15 PM: Finalist interviews
4:30 PM: Court
6:30 PM: Site closes for general populace
Arts and sciences entrants, the royal setup crews, and any vigil setup crews are encouraged to arrive at 8:30 for setup.
The building in on two levels. The lower level will host the A&S competition, as well as the royal room and vigils. The upper level where the main entrance is located, will host the dayboard hall and gate. Court will be held in the sanctuary, which is also in the upper level.
A dayboard by Skjoldrulf Hatason will be available for all attendees, included in the site fee. People are also welcome to bring their own food and beverages, and there are many excellent dining options within a short walk of the site. The dayboard will be open from 11:00 to 3:00.

Brewers: the site is discreetly damp, and will allow brewing projects to be entered and displayed. We look forward to you wowing us with your brews!

On I-95, take exit 185 for ME-15 N/ Broadway.
From the exit offramp, continue straight onto Center St.
Turn slight left onto Park St.
The site is on the right side of Park Street.
Due to the site's location, parking is somewhat limited. More parking details will be posted well in advance of the event.
The front door will be utilized for gate, while the marked side door will be available for competitors and staff to offload for setup.

Dayboard will be included in the site fee.
Dayboard menu:
Assorted fruits and vegetables with home made green goddess dressing.
Assorted homemade breads. Gluten free bread will be available.
Sesame maple tofu bites.
Chicken sate and pickle tray (no peanuts).
Beef tartlets.
Whipped herb butter for breads.
Seed cakes (sunflower and anise)
Cheese and cracker plate with assorted meats.

March 7, 2026 is the final date for PayPal pre-registration.
This survey does ask for membership information but you will still need to provide proof of membership at the event.
