European Medieval Dance

Do you like easy line dances? Do you like intricate square dances? A relatively new chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) will be holding FREE Medieval Dance Classes for the community on occasional Mondays in April, May, and June, from 7pm to 9pm at Indian Lane Elementary School. We will be teaching several medieval dances ranging from easy to intricate. Medieval garb is not required but can be fun. Children are welcome to accompany their parents for a fun-filled evening of learning and exercise for the whole family. Many people find this a fun and easy way to meet new friends and spend an entertaining time with old friends.

Here are the remaining spring 2008 dates at the Indian Lane location: we'll be dancing from 7pm -9pm

Monday April 28th

Monday May 5th

Monday May 12th

Monday May 19th (I cannot attend on this date though the space is available
and we have a dance teacher coming - thanks THL Justinian!)

(off for memorial day on Monday May 26th)

Monday June 2nd

Monday June 9th

Monday June 16th

After which time we will need to find another location for the summer (I am
eyeballing the library).

I will add automatic e-mail reminders to the dubhfeorag yahoogroup list, so
if you'd like the reminders then be sure you're on the list.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
