Officer’s reports

Seneschal

We had a parade on Sunday October 29. Robin, Shannon, Suba, and Quintus marched in the parade.

Ideas for next year - more advance notice, personal phone calls for recruiting, more candy, more candy distributors, nicer banner, more jugglers, dancers, jesters, anything that can be done on the move. The parade is always the last Saturday in october. (note the riverfront fair - Philadelphia to Marcus Hook is in the Sep-Oct months. The viking boat guys do this. Demos in every riverfront park all up the river).

We've missed our window on the tavern event for march. Barony has announced 3-4 dates in Feb/March. Feb 9th is probably the K&Q rapier. March 8th is our last possible open date.

Planning to compile a list of sites we use in the area - name, address, phone #, and any supporting info. Site capacity, kitchen, dry/wet, bathrooms, cost if known (and date of costing), smoking, etc.

Exchequer

We have $768.48. Still.

Chatelaine

Parade - see Seneschal's report.

Web Mininster

Nothing to report.

Herald

Workshop this month and next month (November & December) is cancelled.

Heraldry workshop is 2pm-until hosts are tired every third Sunday of the month. Anything you want to work on as long as it's heraldry-related.

MOAS

A&S night has been very quiet this month. Until we have casting again we will be doing holiday ornaments which will be sold at Bhakail Yule to benefit Their Majesties' travel fund. A&S Night on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month from 7pm - 10pm at Lady Elenora's.

Bhakail Garb workshops are moved to 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights in nearby Clifton Heights. Lots of people attend.

Dance Practice Monday nights.

Chamberlain

We have stuff.

Chronicler

The first issue of the new run of In a Nutshell will be published by the middle of December, being the start of the 4th quarter. This issue will focus on A&S.

Anyone with anything they would like to have published please contact the Chronicler in some manner for inclusion in the newsletter.

Knight Marshall

We have space at Indian Lane for practices almost every Monday night except holidays. Bringing armor for show-and-tell.

Once we get dates we'll see if we can get a warranted marshal to volunteer to oversee until our marshal is warranted.

Barony is starting a youth program - not sure if it will extend beyond fighting.

Wapiti archery 11-2 this Sunday Sovember 12.

Thrown weapons practice is done for the year. See you in the spring.

Fighting practice is in Bhakail and going strong on Thursday nights; contact Lord Darmon. Can also contact the Caer Adamant marshal, Lord Kray McLeod.

Archery in Delaware at Padraig's is the 2nd and 4th sundays and fighter practice is also held on those dates at that location. Archery in Hartshorndale in Limerick. Bhakail archery practice will be this Sunday. Weather may end outdoor archery soon.
