Meeting came to order at 7:43pm.
Officer’s reports
Seneschal
We have an incipient canton. Quarterly report
is going out tomorrow, still under deadline. We have lots of stuff oming
up - be there or be square.
Congrats to Lord Martyn be Haliwell, Lord
Barn, Lady Efa, and Branson the elder and Branson the younger.
Exchequer
We have $768.48. Still.
Chatelaine
Sent in the quarterly report yeasterday
- on time. Just looking fo rideas to recruit for demos. Library bookmark
donations have been suggested.
We have a request to have merchants in front
of the Days of Knights store on recurring dates. Will refer to Caer Adamant
for further exploration.
Web Mininster
We have a website.
Notes from last month have all been
addressed andminuites are up to date.

as well. - still need to check.
Herald
Heraldry workshop is 2pm-until hosts
are tired every third Sunday of the month. This month will be on Oct
21th th. Anything you want to work on as long as it's heraldry-related.
MOAS
A&S Night on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays
of every month from 7pm - 10pm at Lady Elenora's.
Bhakail Garb workshops are moved to
2nd and 4th Tuesday nights in nearby Clifton Heights. Lots of people
attend.
Chamberlain
We have stuff.
Chronicler
The first issue of the new run of In
a Nutshell will be published by the middle of December, being the start
of the 4th quarter. This issue will
focus on A&S.
Anyone with anything they would like to have published please contact
the Chronicler in some manner for inclusion in the newsletter.
Knight Marshall
Starting research for indoor practice
sites. Looking at Indian Lane for Monday thru Thursday nights - depends
on what's available.
Once we get dates we'll see if we can
get a warranted marshal to volunteer to oversee until our marshal is
warranted.
Martial Activities
Fencing not sure.
Thrown weapons practice is on 1st,
3rd, and 5th Tuesdays starting starting at 6pm until too dark to throw
- last practice for the fall will be next week, or maybe the one after.
Fighting practice is in Bhakail and
going strong on Thursday nights; contact Lord Darmon. Can also contact
the Caer Adamant marshal, Lord Kray McLeod.
Archery in Delaware at Padraig's is
the 2nd and 4th sundays and fighter practice is also held on those dates
at that location. Archery in Hartshorndale in Limerick. Bhakail archery
practice will be this Sunday. Weather may end outdoor archery soon.

Committees
Tavern event
Last meeting we talked about a winter or early spring event. Working
on a site - VFW post. Eyeing the Episcopal church near Deiniol's.
Dates - three possible Feb 28, March 1, or March 8.
Shannon and Cat have volunteered
to co-autocrat.
Noisemakers event is eyeing Feb 23rd.
Tentatively planning tavern event for March 8.
Considering an all-day dayboard in waves rather than a feast.

to see in the event, please contact Shannon or Cat. Old Business
Plans to inquire to Kingdom about
graduating from incipiency about 5 months from now. After the January
quarterly report we'll inquire.
Dance practice no proress. New Business
Meet the Baronial candidates potluck
gathering at the home of Lord Deiniol and Dona Damiana on November
11. Times to follow.
Halloween Parade Oct 27th 12pm line
up for 1pm Parade. The Chatelaine is in favor. Suba motions to attend.
Mael Eoin seconds. Motion passes wtih no opposition.
