Officer’s reports
Seneschal
Grainne and I have come to an agreement
over the disposition of the 19070 zip code, which happens to contain the
Potes. Grainne has no objection to transferring it to us, nor do I. The regional
seneschal has been notified of our agreement. Duncan has asked us to please
give him a few days to confirm that this acquisition does not adversely affect
any borders and satisfies kingdom requirements. When the kingdom approves
this we will be able to grant the Potes' petition to join our canton.
Exchequer
We have $602. We reimbursed Baroness Philadelphia
$70 for the reservationRidley Creek site for the commons. We have received
a $2o donation for the commons. We received a $23 donation from the sale
of chain mail goodies at the Middletown Pride Day Demo. We have an outstanding
(canton finance committe-approved) receipt for lumber for the SCA road signs
of approximately $20.
Chatelaine
The Middletown Pride Day Demo went extremely
well with many folks from inside and outside the canton contributing in major
ways. We met our soon-to-be new member from Whyt
Whey.
Reported by Suba.
Shannon has offered to take up the Chatelaine post and has cleared this with
the Kingdom Seneschal such that it will not conflicgt with her kingdom chronicler
duties.
