Wednesday February 22, 2006

Present: Lord William Graham, Lady Suba, Lady Eleanora the Tilemaker, Robert the Builder.

Canton Meeting

Meeting called to order at 8:05pm

Officer’s reports

Seneschal

Need to get a proxy to the Barony meetings.

Pleased with performance of officers.

Exchequer

Our current balance is $908.18
2005 Exchequer report was turned in on time.

Chatelaine

Del Co Neighbors section of Phila Inq had an article. Included info on going to K&Q Rapier.

Chatelaine has business cards.

Web mistress

Minutes from last month not posted

Beltane page needs updating.

Chamberlain

No report No proxy.

MOAS

Banner was delivered on Sunday and it looks great! Deiniol is constructing a banner stand.

Beltane meeting from 1pm-4pm we worked on squirrels to give to K&Q.

Bardic workshops at Tristan's house on second mondays bardic@feoragdubh.eastkingdom.org.

A&S workshop on Sunday Feb 26th.

Seat cushions are in process for gifts for K&Q at Rapier championships.
2 seat cushions, and 2 baskets or trays each with mixed shelled nuts are stuffed squirrels. Nutcrackers.

Next Beltane meeting is Sunday Mar 5 at 4pm.
Site owner has approvd bringing horses and dogs.
Adolphus has found another venue.
Lorcan and Katherine and Lawrence organizing champion battles in heavy, fencing, archery, A&S
Melee? Approved.
Darmon - still need Marshall no matter what.
Brewing champions.
Brewers University.
Coins are ordered.
Fencers doing a role-playing tournament.

Old Business

Presentation for K&Q - will check with the royal herald that day to see if they prefer us to present while in state.
