2005
Present: Lord
William Graham, Lady Eleanora the Tilemaker, Lord Corwyn, Lord Bilgisayar,
Lord Deiniol, Lady Suba.
Finance Committee
The finance committe met before the meeting
and approved reimbursing expenses incurred by Elenora on behalf of the Canton
and the Brew U event. The reimbursements were approved.
Canton Meeting
Meeting called to order at 7:46 pm
Officer’s reports:
Seneschal
The Exchequer position is open and Bilgisayar
is unable to serve at this time. Bilgisayar nominated Suba, Deiniol second.
There were no additional nominations at this time. This closes the 30 days
of nominations, and since there are no other candidates the candidate has
been accepted. Immediate warranting is ESSENTIAL. Our previous exchequer
steps down in 7 days.
Brew U. was a nice laid-back event that
went smoothly. Congratulations and thank you! (this was more eloquent in
person).
The Middletown Pride Day Demo went well
and we made some contacts.
Discussion - one event per year and our
assorted demos is probably sufficient for our resources at the moment.
Got the current list of members from the
Southern Region Seneschal. We have approximately 24 members who reside within
our borders. We have about 12 active members, and we need a 50% vote to approve
the request to graduate from incipiency. The Southern Region Deputy has a
concern about one of our zipcodes disconnected, but our original documents
should show that this is not the case. Possibly we had an old map and a zipcode
may have split without our knowledge.
Make sure we support local events: Alles
Faire, Quest, Fishy, Barren Sands War, Landsknecht.
Exchequer
Current Balance is $995.32
according to the records within our possession.
Poles/ropes/stakes are $12.
Chatelaine
Our Big Demo on May 14th for Middletown
Pride Day was a success.
