Brew U Meeting
Registrar & Finances. Fiona is the registrar
and finances of record at this time. Damiana may have volunteered to help
run troll. Marrun is willing
to help troll. $10 for members; $13 non-members. We break even at 26 attendees.
We have two merchants one is selling brewing
spices; the other merchant is selling jewelry or something.
Academics: Mistress Suzanna DeLondres is
the dean. At the end of march put up class pages on the web. Aiming to have
half or more classes scheduled by
the
middle of April.
Brochure/programs - Lord William and Lady
Marrun will print the programs. $25 in budget for programs.
Dayboard - Fiona was planned to be in charge.
Elenora and Magdalena had volunteered to help; $4 per head in budget. This
is supposed to be an extravagant dayboard. Not a feast, but a hearty lunch.
Idea is for food to be brought out in phases. Later in the afternoon we could
bring out donated baked goods. Consider fundraiser for Runnymead? Paper products
should be available (bowls, cups, napkins, spoons, forks, cups, trashbags,
etc) $25 for other in budget.
Other "other" in the budget: site tokens?
$2.50 for 200 bottlecaps? Ellen planning a workshop.
Assumed clean-up crew. Bawdy songs during
cleanup. William, Ellen, Suba volunteered for cleanup.
Canton can raise money by selling tasting
glasses. $24 for a case of twelve; sell for $5. Does Damiana still have squirrel
mugs for sale?
Runnymeade may do a raffle or some fundraiser.
Hostess baskets - asprin, maalox, tums,
shoelaces, tampons, safety pins, tissues
Decorations - Banners: canton, baronial, personal
banners.
